The vicious dog injures people. Who is responsible? The repair shop covers up and pretends nothing happened.

On December 19th, a surveillance video titled “Mother and daughter in Jiangxi attacked by four large dogs while strolling in a park” drew attention. In the footage, four large hunting dogs (reportedly Japanese fighting breeds according to netizens), not on leashes, are seen wandering casually on the road, and immediately start tailing after noticing a woman and a girl. The woman and girl try to evade and move towards the roadside greenery, but the vicious dogs keep close behind. After the woman falls, they immediately attack, a process that lasts over a minute. During the attack, the woman shields the girl beneath her, but she herself is scratched and bitten in multiple places by the hunting dogs, with large chunks of muscle tissue torn from her legs, chest, and abdomen—described by the news as a “blood hole large enough to fit a fist.” A man (not the owner but hired by the dog owner to care for the dogs) arrives to drive the dogs away and calls 120 to send the victim to the hospital. After four hours of emergency treatment in the ICU, the woman finally escaped death, but she then endured over a month of bed rest and remains not fully recovered, greatly affecting her life.
The most infuriating aspect of this incident is that after the event, the dog owner did not actively care about the injured party’s condition nor take responsibility, refusing to cover all medical expenses and only offering 32,000 yuan for part of the hospitalization costs. When the victim’s family reasonably demanded more treatment costs, the dog owner even directly turned them away and refused to see them anymore. According to the victim, the dog owner faced no punishment before this incident was exposed in December.
Initially, the authorities in Zhongxiu paid little attention to the incident. It wasn’t until after the biting incident in November and into December that various media outlets gradually reported related news. This raises questions: why did the news media, usually very attentive to hot topics, suddenly fall silent? Is it because they are indifferent to this hot issue? The dog owner was not punished—could it be due to the Chinese government’s “lack of law enforcement” and neglect of this civil dispute? The answer is no.
In fact, the incident only entered the public eye because of the relentless struggle of the victim’s family. After the incident, the Zhongxiu government took no action to help the victim; instead, their silence signaled their stance. Helpless, the victim’s family had no choice but to post short videos on Douyin to voice their grievances, eventually gaining widespread sympathy and support. This pressure on the negligent dog owner and the Chinese government forced them to issue a case report a month later, and they had to formally punish the dog owner.
However, until the December announcement from Zhanggong Branch of the Ganzhou Public Security Bureau in Jiangxi, the Zhongxiu government only stated that “[Wang Moumou (the caretaker) failed to fulfill safety management duties during dog walking, resulting in two pedestrians being bitten… The involved persons Zhong Moumou and Wang Moumou have been subjected to criminal measures according to law],” without providing any additional information. What kind of people could make the Zhongxiu police turn a blind eye and downplay the incident after it was exposed? Are they ordinary workers? That is impossible.
In reality, even most upper-class petty bourgeoisie do not have the surplus funds to hire professional caretakers, let alone bear the high costs of regularly raising large fighting dogs. The fact that the dog owner, Zhong Moumou, can spend freely to hire others for dog care and walking shows his economic status far beyond that of ordinary wage earners. The fact that the Zhongxiu government is so protective of him also indicates a close connection—netizens have even uncovered Zhong Moumou’s personal details: he is not only a prosperous capitalist with multiple businesses but also a “village cadre” helping manage rural areas for the Nazis. This clearly shows that this incident is not just a simple “dog bites person” accident or neglect, but a brutal example of bourgeois officials colluding to harm the working people.
Before the establishment of socialist New China, landlords delighted in letting dogs tear apart workers and peasants, forcing farmers who dared to kill malicious dogs to parade with dog carcasses and pay for memorial stones. After China’s capitalist restoration, the phenomenon of “dogs eating human food”—dogs being more valuable than humans—became commonplace. The bourgeois pet dogs can fly abroad, eat steak, participate in international competitions, bite and devour workers’ blood and flesh, wear gold and silver, and more. Meanwhile, workers can only bow their heads, endure insults from bourgeois children who have never been abroad, silently watch luxury steaks that mountain children can rarely see in their lifetime, and swallow these insults into their stomachs, turning them into tears of humiliation.
This “vicious dog eating people” incident is merely a replay of the bourgeois cruelty against workers—only this time, it’s not the bourgeois themselves but their loyal dogs acting on their behalf. Capitalist society is a society where pigs and dogs are more noble than humans, a society that eats people. As long as the capitalist system is not overthrown, such events of harming workers will never cease!

When I scroll through Douyin, I come across many of these unresolved issues every day. Seeing them makes me angry. The government can’t control it, and suing is especially complicated.

A certain government is a representative of a certain class. In revisionist countries, this government is the representative of the monopoly bourgeoisie. They will only brutally oppress the working masses to extract huge wealth through exploitation, but will never defend even a little bit of the interests of the masses. The reason they hypocritically claim to severely punish the killers is merely to “maintain stability” and uphold their class rule. In other words, it is precisely the struggle of the working people that forces such a decayed government to make some superficial gestures; otherwise, their rule cannot last a day. This is also why the Chinese revisionist traitor group always advocates for “poverty alleviation” and “people’s livelihood projects.” Aside from complex political and economic motives, the core reason is to maintain their class dominance.
A significant portion of the petty bourgeoisie who are unaware of the truth can unconsciously be deceived by this appearance, believing that “the state is still good,” and even further, support social reform measures, eventually becoming Little Pink supporters of the revisionist government, which exactly aligns with their wishes. We must not fear the clouds hiding the eyes and see through the true face of the Chinese revisionist traitor group!
