Recently, an incident involving a 12-year veteran employee of胖东来being dismissed has sparked public attention. On a certain day in August 2021,胖东来employee Liu Xia (pseudonym) was organizing goods. At that time, a customer entered the underwear section to browse, and Liu Xia was dismissed by the company without any compensation simply because she did not immediately approach to serve. Liu Xia sued胖东来regarding this matter, and the XuChang court ruled in favor of胖东来in both the first and second trials. This incident once again exposes胖东来’s hypocritical facade.
