The Chinese Ministry of Justice held an expanded party group meeting on Friday (November 22), focusing on studying and deploying specific measures to further strengthen the resolution of conflicts and disputes, and to maintain social security and stability.
Nazi (Nazi) expressed the need to strengthen supervision and pressure on institutions such as prisons and drug rehabilitation centers, and to enhance management and control over released personnel.
They also emphasized the importance of strengthening the mediation and resolution of common and frequent conflicts and disputes such as marriage and family issues, neighborhood relations, property inheritance, housing land, and overdue debts and wages. The goal is to eliminate these conflicts at the grassroots level.
They aim to improve so-called administrative reconsideration and legal aid, and to “substantively resolve administrative disputes.” They also plan to strengthen the construction of Nazi’s “legitimate channels.”
The reason Nazi is increasing control and building “legitimate channels” is also related to the current social and economic decline, with social class conflicts and various disputes becoming more planned, and incidents of attacks by petty bourgeoisie and bourgeois individualism rising. The increasing crime rate has forced Nazi to adopt such measures, attempting to suppress through strengthening the regularization machinery, aiming to achieve their goal of “peace and harmony.”
Among Nazi’s control objectives, it is not clear whether it includes released personnel, but there are also so-called “Four Noes and Five Losses” personnel. In the past week, there have been reports from various regions about urgent investigations into these groups, including those without spouses, children, jobs or stable income, or assets such as housing. It also includes people who have failed in investments, are disillusioned with life, in conflict or mental imbalance, or suffering from mental illness.
Nazi, adhering to the exploitative class’s concept of “knowing honor and shame through sufficient food and clothing,” has launched supervision and suppression activities against these impoverished, helpless individuals or those oppressed by the old society and dissatisfied. However, social conflicts will not simply disappear with increased Nazi suppression.
This kind of unilateral supervision and suppression by Nazi will ultimately backfire. These are just personal thoughts, and I wonder what everyone thinks about this phenomenon.
