ㅤㅤIn August 2024, the youth unemployment rate for ages 16 to 24 has already reached 18.8%. The Ministry of Education also predicts that by 2025, the number of college graduates will reach 12.22 million. If most people graduate and immediately become unemployed, the social unemployment rate will soar. To curb the further rise of unemployment, the Ministry of Education issued the above “Notice”. They believe that by strictly removing some restrictions on academic qualifications, companies can be encouraged to hire more graduates from non-Double First-Class universities, thereby increasing employment opportunities. However, such reform measures are only superficial, merely for image-building and deceiving the masses, and have no possibility of actually reducing unemployment.
ㅤㅤHowever, these restrictions are fundamentally ineffective. The root cause of the high social unemployment rate is not academic discrimination, but the bourgeoisie’s relentless pursuit of super-profits through continuously increasing labor productivity. As labor productivity improves, capitalists only need to employ a few workers to produce the corresponding goods. Therefore, capitalists will reduce the input of variable capital, arbitrarily dismiss workers, and form a large reserve army of industry, leading to persistently high unemployment in capitalist society. Moreover, the refusal of non-985 and non-211 universities to recruit is also a manifestation of the reactionary hierarchical system under capitalism. Students from 985 and 211 universities are all top opportunists, constantly scheming, detached from productive labor, neglecting their duties, indulging in pleasure all day, and full of ideas about becoming the bourgeoisie and fighting for it. They are the best agents that the reformist government tries to cultivate among workers.
学中修政府表面上禁止企业设立只允许双一流高校毕业生报名的门槛，好像是在取消就业上的学历等级制，给985、211学生和其他非双一流学生公平的就业机会。但是就算不限制普通本科生应聘，企业也会在面试考核等方面给大学划分个三六九等。中修政府想通过这种形式上的修修补补，来限制失业人口、取消学历歧视，以此欺骗人民群众，是完全做不到的。在经济危机的打击下，大量企业不断破产，与此同时，毕业生的人数却居高不下。在这种情况下，下一年的失业情况只会比今年更加糟糕。只有剥夺了资产阶级能够随意购买劳动力的自由，让生产归工人阶级所掌握和领导，才能消灭失业，消灭就业问题上重重的等级制，做到真正的公平。
