The so-called 'male chauvinism' monsters and demons

At the beginning of 2025, the “male chauvinists” on the Chinese internet became restless, wildly criticizing any speech that defends women’s rights under the banner of “resisting female privileges,” causing a huge uproar. Today, besides the already notorious forums like “Sun Xiaochuan’s Forum,” “Men’s Rights Forum,” and other sites where gender oppression is prevalent, a series of even more despicable and vicious voices attacking women have emerged. There are even organizations and conspiracy groups dedicated solely to publishing such remarks.

The direct cause of this incident was: at the end of 2024, Cheng Hongyu from East China University of Political Science and Law delivered a final exam speech titled “Why Do Women Have Privileges” (the full speech is attached below), using it to oppose feminism, and was subsequently disciplined by the school. The male chauvinists immediately pounced like flies on a dung heap, praising Cheng Hongyu as a “hero” and “male rights fighter,” and flooding the internet with “male rights declarations.”

Cheng Hongyu’s speech had an extremely low level of theory, with viewpoints that are undeniably reactionary. His pretense of being a “feminist” to attack women is truly contemptible. He listed what he called “the 18 major privileges” of women in society, which precisely reflects the sentiments of today’s male chauvinists. Regarding his core viewpoint, the male rights blogger “His Voice” on WeChat summarized: “Women who do not want to give birth have no right to hide behind the ‘potential mother’ identity to continue enjoying privileges. They should fight, struggle, and be independent just like men.” — This clearly demonstrates how low the status of women is in China — women are regarded as mere reproductive tools, and the so-called “privileges” are the empty promises of the Chinese government to deceive women into early marriage and childbirth, feudal family bride prices, and the marriage prostitution forced by patriarchal oppression over thousands of years. All of these are seen as “privileges”! Male chauvinists (and many men poisoned by pornographic ideas who support “male rights”) see women as carriers of wombs and breasts, viciously attack women as if they are born with “means of production,” and now they even want to fight for “the rights of the penis” from women!
【Due to the brief exposé nature of this article, a detailed critique of Cheng Hongyu’s remarks will be provided later if conditions permit.】

Appendix:

Today, male chauvinists are extremely rampant and barbaric. On the internet, there are even many male chauvinists who have taken the rapist Dong Zhiming from Feng County’s Eight-Child incident as a spiritual leader, openly revealing their reactionary desire to chain women and turn them into slaves. They even seem to have created propaganda images. I have a premonition that this group will become the most loyal supporters of the Chinese revisionism, and will turn into the most reactionary thugs and hooligans. This is a forming fascist band of robbers.
But the most disgusting thing is that many of them are morally corrupt petty bourgeois leftist males. They seem to be distorting some propaganda posters and phrases of Marxism into their own stuff. These scoundrels are really tarnishing Marxism.

The so-called “male chauvinists” on the Chinese revisionist internet are actually all born under the Chinese revisionist government’s fierce persecution of feminists since a few years ago, suppressing all trends opposing the oppression of women, and are essentially just running dogs used to maintain the patriarchal order of the Chinese revisionists. Similar organizations exist on platforms like Tieba, Bilibili, QQ, and others, and they have become increasingly rampant as the Chinese revisionists intensify their crackdown on feminists. In the past, on Bilibili, there were fascist male chauvinist organizations with names similar to “male liberation”; a few years ago, the so-called “counter-feminism” declaration appeared in places like Sun Xiaochuan’s Tieba, which is a hub for patriarchal thugs. Moreover, especially on Tieba, the “anti-feminist” movement is very strong, with so-called “Anti-Feminist Tieba” and others existing for a long time without any crackdown. Of course, this is natural, because in Tieba, where anti-feminist and reactionary secondary creations and pornography are widespread, the idea of gender equality cannot possibly be allowed to exist. In recent years, events like the “Shadow Arrest” incident or the previous Chinese revisionist false accusations, such as the event where women accused men of defamation and voyeurism on the subway, have all incited these fascist male chauvinists. These incidents clearly prove that the Chinese revisionist government politically supports these fascist male chauvinist elements.

The Zhuge sunglasses that previously debated with Yang Ping openly expressed the disgusting thoughts of these inferior men. They want to turn women into obedient household slaves but still think they are oppressed by women and can’t easily deceive women. It’s truly disgusting; in fact, they just want a free household slave.

Recently, a trend has emerged within the fascist male-dominated circles that even repair the internet, where Chinese women are insulted as Brazil Beef. It can only be said that these degenerate men trample on women’s dignity, revealing the ugly face of viewing women as commodities and sexual tools.

The most disgusting thing for me is that a repulsive man posted a picture of Rosa Luxemburg’s words under related videos on Bilibili, distorting her words. These people spend every day a lot of time watching pornography, yet they pretend to be pure and innocent, claiming to uphold Marxism and the banner of proletarian women to oppose bourgeois women. In reality, they are not against bourgeois women; they are simply against women. Their so-called support for these men’s followers is just denying male oppression of women, and instead they spout nonsense about women oppressing men.

The white text with black outline at the top is added by me. It is said that Luxemburg wrote an article titled “Women’s Suffrage and Class Struggle,” but on Chinese internet, I only found a version translated by an internet user called “Peter II” on Zhongtuo. Even according to that version, Luxemburg never conveyed the meaning of the last paragraph in the picture.

The primary task is to see clearly that bourgeois feminism is too absurd; bourgeois women are also dependent on bourgeois men. Opposing the fundamental exploitation system and the patriarchy that dominates this society cannot change the status of proletarian women, no matter how much bourgeois feminism is opposed.
