Horrific: a police station instructor from the China Restoration Faction raped a 15-year-old girl, sentenced to just 2 years and 9 months!

In the afternoon of June 16, 2025, Xiao Jun (pseudonym), who lives in Yacheng Town, Xiapu County, Ningde City, Fujian Province, was notified along with his mother to the teaching office of the Yacheng Town Police Station for beating someone. During this, the station’s instructor Li briefly let Xiao Jun’s mother leave alone, and then sexually assaulted Xiao Jun in the office.

After the incident, Xiao Jun’s father received the news of his daughter being raped, and exclaimed at once, “How is that possible? The child is lying; someone must bear legal responsibility.” It was not until Xiao Jun’s mother repeatedly called, and the phone conveyed Xiao Jun’s continuous crying, that Xiao Jun’s father gradually realized that his daughter’s words were true.

Under Xiao Jun’s painful recounting and repeated demands for justice, Xiao Jun’s parents finally dialed the police station to question the beastly instructor Li. However, Li denied his monstrous acts and claimed that he was making great efforts to mediate Xiao Jun’s dispute and educate Xiao Jun, and asked Mr. Zhang to bring his wife and daughter to the police station for face-to-face confrontation. “I am here so you can live well in Yacheng,” “Don’t slander the police,” “I will not joke with my own future…” Li even shamelessly said on the phone. Subsequently, Xiao Jun’s father reported the case to the local municipal public security bureau. Late at night, the beast Li was taken from Yacheng Police Station of Xiapu County Public Security Bureau to the Discipline Inspection Department of Xiapu County Public Security Bureau, and the next day he was summoned to the Xiapu County Public Security Bureau’s Law Enforcement and Case Center for investigation.

Nine months later, the belated court verdict restored the events at the time. It showed that after Li asked Xiao Jun’s mother to leave, Xiao Jun was left alone in his office, and Li then coercively claimed that the case against the victim Xiao Jun might be detained, and carried out a monstrous perverse sexual assault on the victim. After the incident, Li did not even erase the crime evidence; multiple traces remained at the scene, shockingly brazen. As the instructor of a police station, a person who clearly knows the law, Li’s brazen acts reflect that he believes himself to be a grand imperial civil servant with enormous privileges; he knows the law but breaks it! However, even with clear evidence of Li raping a girl, Li as the defendant had a crime target who was a minor and could be aggravated; abusing his position to commit the crime could be aggravated; his vile means could be aggravated; considering these circumstances, the court should have imposed heavier punishment, yet the Xiapu court only sentenced Li to the crime of “forcible molestation,” and the first instance judgment was only “2 years and 9 months’ imprisonment.” Yet since the incident, Li and his family never apologized to Xiao Jun; at the trial, they only perfunctorily said “sorry.” This perfunctory reply clearly proves that Li and his family have no remorse for their heinous crime, utterly reactionary and despicable.

For this beastly police rapist, raping a young girl, he will not even bear the label of “rape,” but only a “forcible molestation,” merely a minor stain in life. Even if sentenced to only 2 years and 9 months in prison, he can use various bureaucratic privileges and means to reduce his sentence, erase his sin, and after release, lurk to continue his beastly acts without fear. But what future will Xiao Jun, the victim, face? Xiao Jun’s father said that after the incident she often broke down or had nightmares, had run away from home several times before, and is now in Jiangxi alone. In August 2025, two months after the incident, Xiao Jun’s mother sent a picture of Xiao Jun cutting her own arm with a knife; her arm was stained with blood. Xiao Jun has run away from home multiple times.

In the town where Xiao Jun lives, there are even people with ulterior motives who, using the rhetoric of Confucianism, discuss Xiao Jun’s plight and treat her as a slut, humiliating her, and not pointing fingers at the deeply criminal rapist police. Xiao Jun has run away four times; her friends have gradually distanced themselves. Now Xiao Jun is still outside the area, a 16-year-old girl working alone away from home, and she can no longer live as before.

This case once again nakedly exposes that in China, a social imperialist country, women of lower class status are completely oppressed. The government and violent organs that make and enforce Chinese law openly disregard the law and manipulate it at will. It is evident that today’s Chinese law is a tool of the ruling class. In addition, reactionary Confucian ideas that advocate oppressing women are pervasive in society. In the eyes of these Confucians, after a woman is sexually assaulted, she is seen as “lacking chastity,” as “being careless,” and they discuss it as if the victimized woman is guilty, an existence like a plague. Yet the rapist is not condemned and continues life as before. But these Confucians and oppressors’ cries do not mean they represent the opinions of the broad people; they represent the oppressors, which reveals their stance. The broad laboring people who are oppressed firmly oppose this! As the public comments under related news say, they cannot tolerate such oppression and must stand up to support the oppressed and severely punish the rapist.

China is an extremely shameless and rare country that only regards a very narrow definition of vaginal intercourse as legally meaningful intercourse; as long as it is not this kind of intercourse, or even if it cannot be detected, it is not considered rape, but at most may be charged as obliged indecent assault. Even for rape, the minimum sentence is only three years; even with a harsher sentence, it can be only three years and one month. The Chinese revised laws give these rapists a huge leniency, not to mention that both rape and indecency are very hard to convict for, truly like hell.

The reform-era opportunists are also rapists and criminals; these few monsters — Deng狗, Chen Zaidao — are insanely raping, and afterward they use political power to erase what they have done. After the restoration, these beasts will certainly be even more insane in doing these things. :face_with_symbols_on_mouth:

Where did you go these days?

The Chinese police in Zhongxiu are these beasts who themselves refuse to follow any law, completely tyrannizing the people. It reminds me of the female lead in “Stand Up, Older Sister and Younger Sister” who reports rape to the authorities and the Kuomintang police who favor human traffickers; Zhongxiu police are the same, colluding with hoodlums and gangs, and even themselves being gangsters, wildly oppressing the masses.

Too beastly, what kind of dog parents, at first they didn’t trust their own child to help the victim seek justice, but talked about bearing legal responsibility, meaning they are afraid of getting into trouble themselves, nakedly showing their extreme selfishness. If it weren’t for the victim Xiao Jun insisting and demanding to fight, they would surely downplay it or sweep it under the rug, not caring about their child, especially their daughter, feelings and thoughts.

Too reactionary, seeing this makes me furious. As the post says, he was confident and fearless, thinking the victim had no way to seek help, so he left various traces of violating the victim at the scene and did not intend to clean them up. He was probably a habitual offender who harmed countless people

Rather than saying she could no longer live as before, it would be more accurate to say she no longer wants to live as before. Xiao Jun faced such heavy oppression, and in the face of these real pressures, she not only saw the extremely reactionary and decayed side of public officials like the police, but also saw the hypocrisy of feudal parents, and the reactionary people and rhetoric in her environment. This aroused dissatisfaction, so she no longer wants to live as before. She had to repeatedly run away from home, leave her original environment, and go out to work independently. In reality, she is seeking a new path for herself, a path to liberation. This is the true resilience of the oppressed; Comrade Fenghuo often says that the oppressed are the strongest and most powerful, while the enemy is weak and on the verge of collapse. The oppressed class has long been oppressed in the old society, but they keep looking for real ways out, continually launching heroic struggles against the class enemies who are many times stronger than them. Just like Xiao Jun in the post, she certainly faced threats from that beast rapist not to tell anyone, but she still fought, bravely reported this reactionary behavior, and was not afraid of the police status of the other party. I think Xiao Jun’s leaving home and working alone outside is not just about the pain of not being able to live as before. The oppressed are not only pitiable, but worthy of respect. When I was sixteen, I was in high school, thinking about making a fortune by speculating, and after failure I wanted to marry a good man to satisfy personal interests; I would not have such courage as her, to leave home at sixteen four times, to rebel against the old family, and to work alone outside. After seeing her story, I mainly feel anger toward the rapist and the mid-level reformers; I greatly admire her resistance to the feudal parents’ compromise, weakness, selfishness, and insistence on fighting, and her later determination to go out to work independently. This should be learned from. But in today’s mid-level reform, everywhere is the old society; oppressed women in the old society can only be oppressed, and outside they may encounter more class oppression, and there is a big possibility of being deceived by lower-status men, eventually taking the path of marriage and childbearing, becoming lifelong domestic slaves and sexual tools. Only by achieving proletarianization, and uniting with the entire proletariat to participate in social revolution, can oppressed women truly liberate themselves. Yet they have not found Marxism, the only correct path. This makes me think of our proactive outreach to let more oppressed people opposing the mid-level reform contact our forum’s importance.

Indeed this also reflects my own erroneous thinking. Discussing “basically unable to continue life as before,” but in reality there was no past life Xiao Jun lived before the incident of being raped occurred. It is only thinking that Xiao Jun’s encounter at the police station is unfortunate, but not considering that her previous life would continue, which is also inevitably the ending where her parents treat her as a family slave and sell her out, deeply oppressed by the socialist-capitalist society. My own attitude toward Xiao Jun running away from home and cutting off contact with her parents, working alone, should truly be supportive; this exactly reflects Xiao Jun’s active struggle, her willingness to resist the old family and the socialist-capitalist society, and is something worth learning. When I say “unable to continue life as before,” it also reveals my own male chauvinist thinking, believing that living alone after running away would be very hard, that living alone outside would be painful and miserable, not realizing that Xiao Jun, despite facing the beasts and police dogs’ crimes, did not flinch and dared to expose and fight, and certainly engaged in serious reflection, considering many things (for example, the other party leveraging bureaucratic privilege to strike back, accusing Xiao Jun of slander, and using reactionary means to mobilize public opinion to shame her as a loose woman) before making up her mind to reveal her oppressed experience. And after Xiao Jun told her parents about her experiences, her parents would certainly use every means to “console” her, keep her at home to better control her, but Xiao Jun did not listen to their lies and still resolutely chose to work outside, to shed family control, to live independently on her own. This indeed is very worthy of respect.

Today we continue to understand the follow-up of this incident. It was found that Xiao Jun’s father filed an appeal, and during the process of seeking help from lawyers, not a single lawyer was willing to take the case, because the rapist is a instructor at the violent machinery of Zhongxiu. Even if a lawyer took the case, they were unwilling to disclose their name or take responsibility. In addition, even more infuriating is that some self-media outlets reported on the incident while deliberately omitting the specific crimes committed by the beastly rapist, and carefully mentioning that the rapist previously caught a drug dealer, was injured, and that delayed his marriage—shamelessly whitewashing the beast’s image. Moreover, what makes people most angry is that even with clear evidence, there are fascist male-rights militants shamelessly shouting that Xiao Jun is “framing the police,” “they are old acquaintances; the mentally small girl (referring to Xiao Jun) betrayed him (the rapist). Playing with fire and getting burned.”
The fascist male-rights militants, with clear evidence, the rapist admitting his crimes, and his conviction, still attempt to exonerate the rapist, using loose-woman logic to attack the victim. This is utterly enraging. It is clear that female victims of harassment and rape have no rights in this Zhongxiu male-dominated society; even with evidence, it is useless! The reactionary Zhongxiu society should have perished long ago! :face_with_symbols_on_mouth:

Is it beautified to be rape, right? Is this the reason for raping a 15-year-old girl openly? It can only be said that this person is no different from a drug dealer!

Classic use of the whore logic to attack the victim, utterly shameless! But this slander actually exposes the position of these male-rights activists, which is their major premise—the idea that “a man can have sex with any woman (even a 15-year-old minor) by whatever means, and it is legitimate. Even if it violates the law, women should not press charges.”

It exposes the reactionary nature of women as sexual tools!

The brazenness of today’s fascist male chauvinists is evident at a glance: they attack victims with the logic of classic whores, and they even self-righteously defend reactionary police dogs who rape—what “consider his long-term performance” even means. The Chinese Communist Party’s internal apparatus has always been the backing for drug dealers; they collude with each other. Saying he “made功 in drug enforcement” actually already reveals the long-standing deeds of the rapist police dogs. What is there to defend?

To say women are whores, but the ones who truly want to have sex freely with the opposite sex are only these fascist men who go downhill; they do not treat women as people, but as sex slaves and domestic slaves!

In the linked news reports, even China Central (Zhong) Restoration? Wait: “在链接中的新闻报道可见,甚至中修也不得不承认,所谓“屋子里不知道发生了什么,只有受害者‘一面之词’ ”的说法,在物证面前完全说不通。” This is Chinese. The phrase: “甚至中修也不得不承认” likely refers to “even the修”? Could be “even the police” or “even the investigators”? “中修” maybe “Zhongxiu”? Might be mis-segmentation. Could be “中修” stands for “the Chinese police”? Not sure. “中修” could be “the Chinese authorities”? Hmm.

Let’s translate straightforwardly: “The news reports in the link show that even the authorities have to admit that the so-called ‘no one inside the room knows what happened, only the victim’s side of the story’ cannot hold up in the face of physical evidence.”

Let’s craft clean:

“The news reports linked show that even the authorities have to admit that the claim ‘nobody inside the room knows what happened, only the victim’s side tells one side of the story’ cannot stand up to the physical evidence.”

Keep original structure? It’s a single paragraph. Provide translation.

I also saw similar remarks in the comment section about this issue; now male chauvinism is really becoming more and more rampant. A few years ago, people who were rape or indecent assault offenders were universally condemned, but now more and more people dare to openly whitewash them. Their theoretical basis is that women always “make false accusations,” using “unable to be clearly explained” to shelter rapists and then label the women, which is truly the bad influence of people like Xiao Ye and classmates Xiaozhi.

I just searched for this case and I came across another case involving a rape perpetrator. It shows that the police in Zhongxiu (Zhongxiu) indeed have only brutality left. In 2011, the director of the Guizhou Soil Management Office raped a female teacher who was accompanying guests; after the victim reported it, the instructing officer at the police station, a dog of a policeman, even said that “wearing a condom does not count as rape.” It is evident what sort of people these so-called patrol station police officers, especially the instructing officers, are.

Quoted from media reports如下:
Zhou was said in online posts that on May 17 this year at noon during a meal, the principal of Zhongxian Middle School strongly demanded that she toast each leader, including the instructing officer of the Zhongxian Township Police Station, Zhong Xiancong, and the director of the soil management office of Zhongxian, Wang Zhonggui, etc. Wang Zhonggui then raped Zhou at his residence.

The next day, Zhou entrusted a friend to report the case to the Zhongxian Township Police Station. The instructing officer at the Zhongxian Township Police Station, Zhong Xiancong, said, “For your personal reputation, let it go like this. I will keep it confidential for you. Do not escalate this. Wearing a condom does not count as rape.” When Zhou’s family asked the police station to secure the crime scene, Zhong Xiancong said, “No need to secure the scene.”

The online post also notes that after the incident, local township party committee and government leaders called Zhou’s relatives to plead for Wang Zhonggui, asking the relatives to urge Zhou to drop the complaint.

In an interview with the media, Zhong Xiancong said that after he recorded Zhou’s statement, he found that the rape case she described did not show “obvious violent characteristics,” and it was difficult to determine it as rape, so he asked Zhou whether she could accept a settlement.

In the Zhongxiu society, rape cases are countless. Those despicable bureaucrats can use connections, bribery, and other tricks to minimize, nullify, and rationalize their utterly shameless actions, continuing to do their dirty deeds with impunity. And what about the women who are raped? The physical and spiritual devastation is unforgettable—their lives are left with lifelong psychological shadows, branded and even cursed for life. While the physical wounds can be healed with strong mental resilience, the mental torment of rape haunts the mind like a nightmare, constantly filled with fear and grief. The acts of these beasts are truly nauseating and maddening! Those bureaucrats in the Zhongxiu faction have embedded pornographic art and literature into society, taking root among the people, causing countless youths to degenerate. From a young age, the pain of raped women is cultivated away, and their vile, malicious behavior is labeled as some nonsense like “you scratch my itch, I scratch yours,” or “sexual needs.” This is utterly shameless and indefensible.
