In December 2025, the People’s Court of Taikang County, Henan Province, announced the first-instance judgment, supporting the male Zhang’s claim for the bride price from the female Qu. The court ordered the female and her parents to return the bride price and the “Three Golds” totaling about 150,000 yuan.
According to news reports, when Zhang and Qu cohabited, Zhang completely disregarded the fact that Qu’s physiological period was about to begin and forcibly engaged in sexual intercourse, which was essentially a brutal act of rape. As a result, Qu suffered ovarian corpus luteum rupture and was hospitalized for five days for treatment.
However, the culprit Zhang showed no sympathy or guilt towards Qu, did not think his violent act was inappropriate, and instead blamed Qu for not being pregnant. He even crazily used the excuse that his parents did not agree with their cohabitation to send Qu back to her parents’ home; Qu requested to continue living with Zhang, but Zhang categorically refused using the same excuse. After Zhang actually abandoned Qu, this selfish and barbaric fascist male chauvinist dared to shamelessly sue Qu’s family in court to demand the bride price!
Zhang’s actions clearly reflect that he treats Qu and women as tools and commodities for his own amusement and to produce offspring. Qu was raped by Zhang, and after living together for less than three months, Zhang abandoned her because she was not pregnant, using her parents’ disapproval as an excuse to send her back to her family. Women, as long as they do not give birth to children for men, are discarded by men. Zhang forcing Qu back to her parents’ home and suing for the bride price essentially means he considers Qu as a tool and commodity he bought with bride price, and when she is no longer useful because she is not pregnant, he wants to return her to the “seller”—her parents—and reclaim the money he paid to “purchase” her.
Yet, such a heinous fascist male chauvinist has not faced any deserved retribution or punishment to this day; and his blatant use of women as commodities and tools, discarding them at will, and demanding the so-called “bride price” are still being affirmed and supported by the court!
The fact that Zhang raped Qu is only verbally acknowledged as fault by the court, but in reality, he has not faced any legal punishment. Instead, his unreasonable demands have been upheld and enforced by the court. Unsurprisingly, the court actually supports and defends fascist male chauvinists like Zhang who treat women as tools and commodities to oppress and manipulate at will—that is, it recognizes Zhang’s absolute ownership and control over Qu during the bride price payment period: supporting societal male oppression of women, maintaining capitalist patriarchy, allowing men to play with and harm women based on their privileged status without facing any real punishment.
This so-called “Zhongxiu” country, a social imperialist state, enforces the most extreme reactionary bourgeois fascist dictatorship—suppressing all resistance from the masses, especially women who are most oppressed under the influence of imperialist porn culture. Its ruling foundation is composed of morally corrupt, violent fascist male chauvinists like Zhang, who will not be punished appropriately, nor will they seek justice for women like Qu who are raped, toyed with, and discarded by men afterward!
