The Nanjing Radiant Electronics Factory manages its workers like a concentration camp, intimidating them to produce. If one person fails to meet standards, everyone gets scolded and is forced to work overtime. When workers get sick and want to take leave, even with a hospital certificate, the person in charge not only refuses approval but also tells them to get lost. The factory requires workers to start a morning meeting half an hour early every day, and anyone late three times is immediately fired. Some have also reported that the factory-issued coveralls are dirty and smelly, making them unbearable to wear. According to netizens, there are many Xinjiang people in the factory, and Kazakh workers are being forced into labor.
The foreman verbally abuses workers in the WeChat group, arrogantly and tyrannically, making people grit their teeth in hatred. He uses capitalist labor discipline as a club to beat every worker, treating them like animals to be driven. His only concern is production quantity and quality; no matter what happens, if someone cannot work, they are immediately told to get lost. Daily production quotas must be met, and workers cannot leave until the work is finished. Such a harsh labor environment inevitably leads to workers resisting exploitation and oppression, but the news is brutally blocked by the Chinese revisionist regime. Local netizens also comment that this is a place frequently visited by the police. The root cause of this arrogance lies in the capitalist system: “A person who owns nothing but their labor power must be a slave to those who own the material conditions of labor in any social and cultural state. They can only work with the permission of others and thus can only survive with the permission of others.” There will always be migrant workers forced to accept such labor discipline due to livelihood pressures, including farmers coming to the city from other regions and workers burdened with loans.

When Nanjing Radiant posts recruitment information externally, the wage is offered at 25-28 yuan/hour, with 10 working hours per day. However, its despicable practice is not only that leaving within 7 days results in no pay, but also the way wages are paid: on the 5th of the following month, all employees receive the same pay (about 5000 yuan), then on the 20th the difference is paid, but 6% “service fee” is deducted. Suppose someone starts work on June 1, works 26 days in a month, fully attends until September 20 when the difference is paid, and resigns on September 25. After deducting monthly social insurance of 480 yuan, accommodation utilities 60 yuan, cafeteria 70 yuan, and the wage difference, one can calculate the actual take-home pay.

Even at 28 yuan per hour, the pay does not reach 6000 yuan. Moreover, the unjustified service fee deductions accumulate to as much as 450 yuan! Not to mention the factory’s brutal fine system. “Equal pay for equal work” is just an artificially set base by capitalists, actually used to arbitrarily manipulate and deduct workers’ wages. If the 5000 yuan base is lowered to 4500, even if you work a full month at 27 yuan × 10 hours × 26 days = 7020 yuan, the difference is 2520 yuan. After deducting the service fee, you only get back 2368.8 yuan. Every month, 2520 − 2368.8 = 151.2 yuan is deducted without reason. This does not include fines and various accommodation fees.
