China dispatches ceasefire supervision team to Myanmar to oversee internal conflict ceasefire?

Does anyone know the cause and process of this incident? What role does the China National Intermediate Repair play in it? Which country’s forces do the Myanmar government army and the Kokang United Army belong to? What is the situation in the Lashi area?

The reason for the peace talks is also because China修 (Chūnxiū) currently cannot control the entire Myanmar after the fall of the Myanmar military government. Armed People’s Defense Forces under the US-backed National Unity Government have loose alliances with the Kachin Army, Kayan Army, and Chin National Army. Under the agreement of the Myanmar military government, a ceasefire is the best option for China修 to send troops to protect colonial interests. Previously, Myanmar media reported that the United Security Company might operate similarly to the security island established by China修 around the Misuang Dam during the 2009 Kachin conflict, meaning direct control by Chinese security agencies over the project and surrounding land. This allows security personnel to avoid relying on Myanmar authorities for manpower and logistics support. It is said that “several batches of capable young men with crew cuts” (obviously China修 soldiers) have already arrived at Chinese-invested projects in Myanmar. China修 claims to “ensure the safety of projects and personnel in Myanmar,” but taking the Misuang Dam project as an example, China修 attempted to monopolize a 50-year franchise, siphoning 90% of the electricity to China修, only to be forced out after protests from the Myanmar people and obstruction by US-backed forces. Afterwards, they demanded Myanmar restart the Kyaung Pyo port project as compensation and repay the $800 million already invested, essentially extracting from the Myanmar people, with only $25 million allocated for resettlement (which barely reaches the impoverished relocated residents), and residents forced to move back being driven away by the Myanmar military. China修 claims it will bring peace and development to Myanmar, but from its policies in the Kokang Alliance Army’s jurisdiction, its colonial nature is evident: China修 provides loans, develops roads and railways to plunder Myanmar’s rice, sugarcane, and other raw materials, layering exploitation that impoverishes the Myanmar people, with the minimum wage only 34 yuan per day—less than half of China修’s wages—while the price of a chicken egg is about 1.72 yuan and rice prices are twice those in China. The below image is a previous annotation for reference. The relationship between the Myanmar military government and the US can also be seen from the earthquake; the US reduced disaster relief “assistance” to Myanmar to only a few million dollars, sending a three-person team on April 3rd, but they failed to obtain visas from the Myanmar military government. This highlights the tense relationship between the US and Myanmar’s military regime.

So that’s how it is, it’s equivalent to the mid-level repair forcing the Kokang army to bow down.
