Self-criticism for insulting women and reactionary remarks

Two weeks ago, I made some reactionary explosive remarks involving bourgeois patriarchy, which seriously insulted the women’s group. This is indeed a counter-revolutionary issue. I have summarized the reasons for my behavior as follows:

  1. Having been raised in comfort since childhood, living a bourgeois life, I had a sense of superiority in self-awareness. Overall, my class consciousness was still not thoroughly proletarian but retained bourgeois elements. This consciousness was hidden in my mind and was not completely eliminated, so I made some insulting and discriminatory explosive remarks.
  2. I have not systematically read or studied Marxism-Leninism-Maoism theory. Before this, my theoretical level was very low, and my ideological awareness was just a self-indulgent petty bourgeois sentiment.
  3. Since junior high school, I began to be exposed to and gradually addicted to pornographic and soft pornographic content symbolizing bourgeois reactionary patriarchal ideology. I admit that until October last year, I still had the habit of watching reactionary anime; until early February, I still browsed forums; until mid-February, I still played bourgeois reactionary pornographic games “Genshin Impact” and “Zenless Zone Zero”; until March, I still played bourgeois reactionary personal heroism and reactionary patriarchal pornographic game “Three Kingdoms Kill”. Even when I made these reactionary remarks, I had not eradicated the influence these reactionary things brought to me.

To thoroughly correct my reactionary thoughts, I will conduct research on women’s liberation. Coincidentally, our school is doing related work this semester (although it is also reactionary), so I can take this opportunity to openly conduct this research under the banner of doing a project at school. Our semester ends on June 13, so I should be able to finish and publish the article around then.

Meanwhile, I must completely abandon all “art” works that serve bourgeois interests and the influence they bring to my mind. Regarding these works, I have realized their role is: 1. to profit by treating women’s images as commodities; 2. to propagate reactionary ideas, maintain the exploitation and oppression of women by monarchal, patriarchal, and husband authority, and subtly implant these ideas in people’s minds. These are completely counter-revolutionary things.

I believe self-criticism is a denunciation of my past reactionary thoughts, a self-revolution, and it is necessary. If I make any counter-revolutionary mistakes in the future (hopefully not), please point them out to me.

I don’t know why it turned into English?

The forum has added a translation feature, you can try adjusting the default language settings

Why have you disappeared for so long? I haven’t seen you for a long time. What have you been up to recently?

Went to study theory, then the equipment was taken away by my parents. From now on, I can only use it secretly (right now my mom has gone out shopping, and my dad is on a business trip, so no one is home).

It’s such a pity. Can you try to get a backup phone, or you have to fight for the right to use a phone. If you don’t even have this little freedom, then what are you in the family? You must strive for at least basic freedom. Moreover, your status and your parents’ are originally equal, so there shouldn’t be such unreasonable restrictions.

Go fight, I currently have a backup phone that was confiscated by the school’s top student, but I didn’t dare to confront him, which put me completely at a disadvantage. Now I don’t even know where that phone is.

I cracked the password of my home computer, and I’m still trying to unlock my phone. They changed the password, so I can only secretly look for clues in my parents’ phone notes and then try to figure it out.

It will sooner or later turn into an open conflict. I think you should be prepared to openly confront your parents and make them compromise on your freedom to participate in activities.

I have realized the true nature of my parents: they don’t have a definite ideology, they simply oppose everything related to communism, are completely unreasonable, talk nonsense, use any means to achieve their goals, have a strong desire for control, and their only way of struggle is to make them disappear completely. But this is unlikely, at least within the next year.

Completely disappearing is just too crazy. You should reason with them, debate, and then adopt the correct methods of struggle.

Tried it, completely useless against these two scoundrels.

When dealing with enemies, strategy must also be employed. Since they cannot be reformed, strategic struggle must be adopted. Use the sixteen-character struggle policy: move them with emotion, enlighten them with reason, entice them with benefits, and intimidate them with force.

I want to know how you fought against them

Okay, next time they are unreasonable, I’ll give it a try, and then we can discuss the specific situation later.

The goal is to try to have some time alone at home, so I can freely use the computer, and then find a way to get paper documents and equipment passwords (they will discover the electronic ones, but I hide the paper ones well so they can’t find them).

When I previously argued with my parents about using electronic devices, on one hand I appealed to emotions and reason, playing the family card, saying that giving children freedom would lead to mutual understanding; on the other hand, I threatened with opportunistic interests, saying that without a phone I couldn’t look up information, and since my classmates all had phones, if I didn’t receive equal treatment, I would give up on myself and stop studying.
